Quality certified translation

In comparison with normal texts, certified translations are even more specific as every word counts. It is important for the translator is well-versed and also has sufficient experience in the topic they are translating, that is why we only work with verified experts.

Every participant in the translation process undertakes to protect all data, so that we can provide a maximum level of discretion and are committed to the strict protection of your data.

Court interpreters are specially trained translators who have been authorised by the Ministry of Justice to perform this function in general administrative procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Courts Act. They must meet various conditions set out in the Courts Act (Article 87, paragraph 1, points 1-5 and Article 93, paragraph 1 or, exceptionally, Article 93 paragraph 2; Official Gazette of RS, No. 28/00).

Court interpretersmay interpret or translate, orally or in writing,from their native language (i.e. from Slovenian) into the language they are specialized in, and vice versa. They may also interpret/translate from one foreign language to another. Theymay even be able to translate speech and sign language fordeaf and dumb people, provided that they have successfully passed a special exam organized by the Ministry of Justice, to test their general knowledge as well their ability to communicate withhearing impaired people (i.e. gesticulation, sign language and fingerspelling).
